• Tap washers – dripping taps, our company policy is to change washer check the condition of the seat, re-seat if necessary, change the o-ring in the spindle and lubricate, this is a full service of your tap. And we will always change both hot and cold washers.

• Relief valve – we also replace your relief valve at the side of your hot water tank. If it is dripping now it will only get worse. We can supply and install gas and instantaneous hot water services. If you currently have a gravity fed hot water service, consider having a gas service installed backed up by an instantaneous heater. That way you don't need to constantly adjust the taps for an even temperature in the shower.

Water Jet

The pictures below illustrate how a water jet works as it propels up your pipe work towards the blockage it strips any light roots in the pipe work. Once it finds the choke it will work a hole in the blockage stripping the tree roots away creating a larger hole. You run the hose back and forward eventually stripping all the roots away. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection

Technology has definitely had an impact on our industry and closed circuit television has assisted in problem solving in a dramatic way. We use a camera on a flexible cable that can enter your drainage system and identify the obstruction in the pipe work.

For example, if you have cracked pipes and the water jet gets stuck or cannot clear the line we run the camera down the line to see the condition of the pipes. From here we can write a condition report and estimate the costs involved in repairing the pipes. If a client is unable to be on site during the inspection, we can burn images to CD for them view the problem on their PC. Plus, with the aid of a locator we can find the end of the camera head and the problem at hand. This gives us an estimate of the depth and position to give us a closer indication of costs to repair.
