Priority Plus Plumbing guarantees all work. If you, as our customer, are not satisfied with the work that has been carried out at your property we will return at no extra cost and fix the problem. If you're still not happy we will return your money and pay for one of our competitors to carry out the work.

Time Everyone these days is running to a tight time schedule and we appreciate this. This is why we make an appointment and stick to it. Of course some times we get held up, but that’s only because we are providing extra service to the customer at hand. We will always make contact to advise you of our movements and if we are running late.

Tradesmanship We have at present four trucks and five employees, but you can be confident that whoever knocks on your door from our company, they will be polite and have good knowledge of all aspects of plumbing. If you are not completely satisfied with our service we will make a return visit free of charge, and if you are still not happy we will refund your money and pay for one of our competitors to carry out the work.

Upfront Quote We have the ability to quote our work over the phone for the majority of jobs. This will give peace of mind knowing the money you're up for prior to the plumber starting work. Should the job change slightly, and extra parts are needed, we will advise the new price prior to your go-ahead.

Progressive Maintenance This is where we call you! We have a number of clients on our books that are busy with the day to day running of a home, business or factory. We arrange to manage their recurring plumbing requirements such as leaf or tree root clearing, stormwater flushing and back flow prevention. Learn more >

Flexible Hours We are quite flexible with our hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 12 noon Emergency call out – We have a pager service established. If you need to contact our office after hours we will call back regarding your plumbing problem, advise how to contain it until the next working day or we will come onsite to isolate the problem. This service obviously carries extra charges but we are here to help.
